Some of the great ladies in my life are stressing themselves sick that they aren't doing enough with their lives. Isn't it crazy that the women who worry about this the most are usually the same women that are doing a lot, and they are doing it very well. Every one of these intelligent and caring women, should be filled with self-satisfaction for living a full life.
Instead, we worry that we are missing something. To make matters worse we are constantly measuring ourselves against others, which is a no win habit.
So, let's stop it - chill out and enjoy the journey. True we will disappoint ourselves and others in the years to come, so just let it happen. There is always going to be a better mother, job, person than you are; but also there will be others that you shine over. The best thing to do is just march on to open up new and unexpected worlds from the mistakes we make along the way.
