I understand how hard it is to embrace the season after we have lost our loved ones. Donnie died in September and that first Christmas was a blur to me.

There was no way that I could embrace the season or find any joy in it. But over the years the holiday seasons got easier and I made the effort to embrace the season and family/friend time. In this video I'm going to share some tips to help you if not to embrace, to at least find some peace as you go through the holidays.
