I want to thank Lorraine Lord for inviting me to talk at Hillcrest Baptist Church senior's meeting this month. I love to do these complimentary talks and meet new people especially the seniors.

Whenever we stop and talk to those that have already traveled along this crazy roadway of life we can learn from them.

Most important thing I get from the active seniors is their advise to be social and enjoy each day. So don't wait to be a senior to relax and enjoy living - do it now.
