I spoke at the New Brunswick Association of Employee Assistance Program Spring Conference today. I really enjoy talking to companies about the stress their employees have both before and after the death of their loved ones. At the conference I talked about the 3 Top Things Every Widow Should Do. I gave them lots of examples on how to support and encourage employees to grieve and heal.
