When you have lost a loved one it's easy to fall into a pattern of allowing yourself to drift along by taking a submissive role in life.
But what happens is that you end up being a follower with no direction of your own. Giving up your personal power will only add to your misery.
You are at a low point in your life and may be riddled with self-doubt and fear of the future. You need to acknowledge that changes have to be made and the best way to do that is by making a "to do" list of things to accomplish.
You are a valuable person and have lots to offer your friends and family so don't become a follower. Confront your fears and replace them with more constructive alternatives.
