When we lose a loved one suddenly it's very hard to adjust to our loss. We didn't get a chance to say goodbye, and there may be other things that will be forever left unsaid or unfinished.
For those left behind we need to talk - talk - talk and talk, until we have all our emotions expressed in a safe place with no judgements. A sudden death is especially hard as we didn't get a chance to say "we love you" or to plan for their funeral or even to surround ourselves with support.
