For current ways to connect with Mary’s work, you can:
You have to step outside your comfort zone and challenge your desire to be risk free and safe.
You may have to have a heart-to-heart talk to yourself. It’s time for change and to get up out of that rut you have settled into.
A “limited belief” is a negative belief that holds you back. You have to work to root it out and rethink it in a positive way.
Search your mind and heart for these limiting beliefs as they sabotage your happiness. This is where you need some positive self-talk to get you started:
• I’m smart enough to do what I want to do.
• I can change.
• I won’t let anything get in my way.
• I deserve to be happy.
• Family and friends would be happy for me.
• I deserve a second chance.
Everyone’s life has problems and challenges until it ends. Understand it, believe it, and accept it, so that you don’t fall into the “poor me” talk.
As you learn to take charge of your life, you will understand the power behind positive self-talk.
