For current ways to connect with Mary’s work, you can:
Admit that you need to get more balance, joy and love in your life. The art of living is all about creating positive habits and it helps to write in your journal as you go along.
Decribe why you need help. Why are you here? Do you believe in yourself? No judgement, just admit where you need to focus and demand more from your life.
What is your reality? Are you missing out on this life, this moment? Dream - Yes, but don’t dream to the point that you miss out on this moment in your life. Are you missing out on what is in front of you: the tools and people that add value to your life?
Do you have a false sense of identity? Are you hanging out with people that enable you to keep your world “small”? It is hard to be open to opinions that we don’t understand. But it helps to wear someone else’s shoes as it grows our awareness.
Humble is admitting that we may need to learn more. That there is more out there than what we currently know. Are you complicated? Not ambitious enough? Do you blame others when life falls short?
Our greatest strength can also be our greatest weakness. We need to grow our awareness of what our weakness is. Look back and ask why the same bad things keep happening to you. What can you admit needs to change?
Do you forget to acknowledge what you have accomplished in the past? “Me Too”, I have the same issues as you. Be able to voice your dreams/needs and what you are going to do about it. Is guilt in your way or fear of failure so that you don’t even try?
What is your unknown, your unseen fears that are holding you back? Most of the time if we face that fear we realize that it’s not as bad as we thought. Look that “monster” in the eye, hold its gaze and manage it. Everything worth having is going to cost us something. Fear has to be faced to overcome it.
We all have fears and faults. To get where we want to go we have to face them. What has been holding you back? What “monster” do you need to look in the eye?
Do you discount your successes or let your faults become more than they are? Are you seeking a better future or running from your past? We don’t realize or respect the successes that we have had in our past.
We have to stop focusing on our failures – forgive and let it go so you can focus instead on the art of living your life to the fullest.
