If you don't already have a journal, it would be a good idea to get one. A life worth living is worth recording. It can be a simple notebook, a place to record your thoughts, observations, feelings, dreams and goals.
Write in it every day or when you feel inspired. You will love reading your journals from past years and seeing how far you have come in your grief journey.
Don't treat your life lightly. Live in the moment!
What do you want to do? This is your life and you only get to go around once:
- Make A Plan
- Prepare
- Find Out The Costs
- Take Action (even small steps count)
- Set a date - then do it
What are you putting off? Don't assume you will have years, weeks or even days. Why do we have a tendency to treat our lives as though we will live forever?
If you want to live a full life, you can; however, only you can do it. I can not change your life. No book ever written can change your life without action from you.
What are you waiting for?
