Elaine Shannon posted a video with me talking about the journey I'm on and an old friend of Donnie's commented that he would be proud of me. That got me thinking - What would he think?
He wouldn't understand why it's so important to me and he would just shake his head in wonder. We were opposites in so many ways but that was what kept me balanced. Yes, Donnie would be proud of me but not just because of the book. Donnie was always my biggest fan and was proud of me even at my worst. Just one of the many things I miss.
