  • Get plenty of rest every night.
  • Don't watch violent shows before bedtime - try to have some quiet time.
  • Exercise regularly.
  • Deal with problems at once so they don't drag you down.
  • Find something to do that will provide positive emotional energy.
  • Socialize with others and learn to have fun again.
