You just have to hang in no matter what is happening around you. First, get up every morning a little earlier to sit quietly and think about your plans for the day. You become what you focus on most of the time, so try to think of happy times and have positive plans for your day. Your thoughts in the first hour of your day will set the tone for the rest of your day.  Try to start out positive and at least you will have a chance to get to the end without running out of energy. You are learning every day how to live without your loved one.  Be prepared to make changes, learn some new skills and get out with others.
